Rob has always been a builder/handyman at heart. As a boy, it was tree houses and forts, and as an adult it’s condos, houses and other renovation projects. He bought his first investment property in Atlanta in 1996.
While enjoying the part-time rehab business, he also worked in the corporate world. He was in the business of designing and implementing Customer Service strategies and Call Center Operations for some of the best companies for more than 20 years.
He met his beautiful wife Jennifer in Atlanta. Jennifer has her Master’s degree in Social Work. At Helpful Realty Group, she ensures everything goes seamlessly from start to finish, making sure our customer’s experience is a positive one.
Rob founded Helpful Realty in 2014 after retiring from Customer Support Operations.
Rob understands the true meaning of Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and the importance of exceeding Customer Expectations.
